This keynote is part of our Fourth Annual 22q Family Conference in connection with SickKids Genetics Clinic – this one is near and dear to our hearts. This years event has a focus on social skills and we have received funding to allow us to engage Rick Lavoie to be our keynote speaker. Given Rick is not specific to 22q we have opened up registration for just his keynote (from 9-12:15) to others that might be interested in LDs and/or social skills. Rick is best know for his F.A.T. City video and his novel – “It is so Much Work to be your Friend”. This event is being held at SickKids in Toronto. I have seen Rick present and he is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable.
